Ladis is a comprehensive menstrual health application designed to support users in tracking their period cycles, symptoms, and fertility insights.
The goal of this project was to create a seamless, trustworthy experience that helps users better understand their bodies through clean visuals and meaningful data.
The design emphasizes clarity and ease of use, offering a structured dashboard that highlights predicted cycle phases, logged symptoms, and health trends. Every screen was crafted to reduce cognitive load and make essential tools—such as logging, navigating the cycle calendar, and checking predictions—simple and accessible.
Ladis addresses key user needs including accuracy, privacy, and convenience. Core features include:
• A clear, minimal cycle calendar
• Smart cycle and ovulation predictions based on user entries
• Detailed mood, symptom, and wellbeing tracking
